- 1/2 pound Bacon
- 1 pound Brussel Sprouts
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/4 tsp Pepper
Cut the bacon into small pieces and trim the Brussel Sprouts by cutting the end off and then cut the Brussel Sprouts in half.
Preheat the Blackstone Grill over medium high heat (approximately 400 degrees F). Fry the bacon on the grill. Then remove the bacon pieces to a separate plate but leave the bacon grease on the grill.
Add the Brussel Sprouts to the grill and toss them to thoroughly coat them in the bacon grease. Then spread them out in a single layer.
Cover the grill and cook the Brussel sprouts for 8-10 minutes flipping them halfway through the cook time until the Brussel spouts are the tenderness and brownness that you prefer.
Toss the cooked bacon with the Brussel sprouts.
Then season the Brussel Sprouts with the salt and pepper. Remove them from the grill, serve immediately while warm and enjoy!
Use small to medium size Brussel Sprouts for this recipe. If you use large Brussel sprouts, they will need to cook longer on the grill.
Refrigerate the leftovers in an airtight container for up to 5 days.
