Preheat the Blackstone Grill to 350-400 degrees Fahrenheit.
Add oil to the grill and spread it around with a spatula.
Add the ground beef to the grill.
Break it apart and begin to cook the meat.
As the meat cooks, sprinkle with the taco seasoning on top.
Once the beef is brown and crumbled, top with salsa and stir to combine.
Continue breaking apart the meat as it is cooked through.
Add in the water and stir to combine.
Push the meat to a cooler side of the grill.
Clean off the grill and place the tortillas on the grill to warm them through.
Remove them to a work surface. Make sure that the beans and rice are heated through.
Spread approximately 1/4 cup of the refried beans onto the center of each burrito. Top with 1/2 cup of cooked rice, the seasoned beef and approximately 1/4 cup of the shredded cheese.
Fold in the opposite sides of each of the tortillas and roll each one up tightly to form burritos. Continue this process until all the burritos are formed. (6 total).
Then place them seam side down on the Blackstone Grill and cook each side for 2-3 minutes until browned slightly. Watch them closely so that they do not burn.
Remove from the grill. Let them cool slightly and then the burritos are ready to serve and enjoy!
Notes
Refrigerate any leftover burritos in an airtight container for up to 4-5 days.
