Ingredients

  • 1 Tablespoon Avocado Oil
  • 1 lb. lean ground beef
  • 2 Tablespoons Taco Seasoning
  • 1/2 cup Salsa
  • 1/4 cup Water
  • 1 ½ cups Refried Beans
  • 3 cups Cooked Rice
  • 6 Large 10-inch Flour Tortillas
  • 1 ½ cups Shredded Cheddar Cheese

Instructions

  • Preheat the Blackstone Grill to 350-400 degrees Fahrenheit.
  • Add oil to the grill and spread it around with a spatula.
  • Add the ground beef to the grill.
  • Break it apart and begin to cook the meat.
  • As the meat cooks, sprinkle with the taco seasoning on top.
  • Once the beef is brown and crumbled, top with salsa and stir to combine.
  • Continue breaking apart the meat as it is cooked through.
  • Add in the water and stir to combine.
  • Push the meat to a cooler side of the grill.
  • Clean off the grill and place the tortillas on the grill to warm them through.
  • Remove them to a work surface. Make sure that the beans and rice are heated through.
  • Spread approximately 1/4 cup of the refried beans onto the center of each burrito.  Top with 1/2 cup of cooked rice, the seasoned beef and approximately 1/4 cup of the shredded cheese.
  • Fold in the opposite sides of each of the tortillas and roll each one up tightly to form burritos.  Continue this process until all the burritos are formed. (6 total).
  • Then place them seam side down on the Blackstone Grill and cook each side for 2-3 minutes until browned slightly.  Watch them closely so that they do not burn.
  • Remove from the grill.  Let them cool slightly and then the burritos are ready to serve and enjoy!

Notes

Refrigerate any leftover burritos in an airtight container for up to 4-5 days.
