Blackstone Cauliflower

Blackstone Cauliflower is a delicious way to cook cauliflower. Seasoned with easy ingredients this makes this side dish so flavorful.

Ingredients

  • 1 head Cauliflower approximately 2 lbs
  • 1 Tablespoon Oil
  • ¼ teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • ½ teaspoon Salt
  • ½ teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 1 Tablespoon Butter

Instructions

  • Preheat the Blackstone grill over medium high heat (approximately 400 degrees F).
  • Spread the oil out onto the grill and use a spatula to spread it out.
  • Dice the cauliflower into small florets and spread it out on the grill.
  • Season the cauliflower with the garlic powder, salt and pepper.
  • Let the cauliflower cook for 4-5 minutes until one side is browned.  Flip the cauliflower and cover the cauliflower with a dome.  Let the cauliflower steam under the dome for 3-4 minutes.
  • Uncover and cook for 4-5 more minutes until the other side of the cauliflower is browned.
  • Place the butter on top of the cauliflower. Let it melt and then toss the cauliflower to coat it in the melted butter. Remove the cauliflower from the grill.  Serve warm and enjoy!

Notes

Refrigerate any leftovers in an airtight container for up to 5 days. 
You can use any oil with a high smoke point for this recipe.  Vegetable Oil, Avocado Oil, Coconut Oil or Canola Oil would all work great in this recipe.
