Ingredients

  • 4 Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts diced into 1 inch pieces
  • 2 Tablespoons All Purpose Flour
  • 2 teaspoons Italian Seasoning
  • ½ teaspoon Salt
  • ½ teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 3 Tablespoons Butter divided
  • 4 cloves Garlic minced (or 1 Tablespoon Minced Garlic)
  • Chopped Fresh Parsley optional, for serving

Instructions

  • Preheat the Blackstone grill over medium high heat (approximately 400 degrees F).
  • Place the diced chicken in a mixing bowl. Top with flour, Italian seasoning, salt and pepper.
  • Toss to coat the chicken in the flour and seasoning mixture.
  • Spread the avocado oil and 1 Tablespoon Butter onto the Blackstone grill and use a spatula to spread it around.
  • Place the chicken on the grill on top of the oil and butter and spread it out into a single layer.
  • Let the chicken cook for about 3 minutes without moving it so that the check gets browned.
  • Toss the chicken and cook on the other side for 2-3 more minutes until browned.
  • Dice up the remaining butter and place on top of the chicken on the grill and add in the minced garlic.
  • Toss to coat the chicken in the butter and garlic and cook for 1-2 more minutes until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165 degrees F.
  • Remove the chicken from the grill and let it rest for 5 minutes.
  • Serve topped with the fresh chopped parsley and enjoy!

Notes

Refrigerate the leftovers in an airtight container for up to 5 days.
We use an instant-read meat thermometer to make sure that the chicken is cooked to a safe temperature.
You can use any oil with a high smoke point instead of the avocado oil in this recipe. Coconut oil, vegetable oil and canola oil all work as well.
