- 4 Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts diced into 1 inch pieces
- 2 Tablespoons All Purpose Flour
- 2 teaspoons Italian Seasoning
- ½ teaspoon Salt
- ½ teaspoon Black Pepper
- 1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
- 3 Tablespoons Butter divided
- 4 cloves Garlic minced (or 1 Tablespoon Minced Garlic)
- Chopped Fresh Parsley optional, for serving
Preheat the Blackstone grill over medium high heat (approximately 400 degrees F).
Place the diced chicken in a mixing bowl. Top with flour, Italian seasoning, salt and pepper.
Toss to coat the chicken in the flour and seasoning mixture.
Spread the avocado oil and 1 Tablespoon Butter onto the Blackstone grill and use a spatula to spread it around.
Place the chicken on the grill on top of the oil and butter and spread it out into a single layer.
Let the chicken cook for about 3 minutes without moving it so that the check gets browned.
Toss the chicken and cook on the other side for 2-3 more minutes until browned.
Dice up the remaining butter and place on top of the chicken on the grill and add in the minced garlic.
Toss to coat the chicken in the butter and garlic and cook for 1-2 more minutes until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165 degrees F.
Remove the chicken from the grill and let it rest for 5 minutes.
Serve topped with the fresh chopped parsley and enjoy!
Refrigerate the leftovers in an airtight container for up to 5 days.
We use an instant-read meat thermometer to make sure that the chicken is cooked to a safe temperature.
You can use any oil with a high smoke point instead of the avocado oil in this recipe. Coconut oil, vegetable oil and canola oil all work as well.
