- 1 lb Boneless Skinless Chicken Tenders approximately 7-8 tenders
- 2 Tbsp Avocado Oil
- 1 Lemon juiced
- 2 tsp Italian Seasoning
- 1 tsp Minced Garlic
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/4 tsp Pepper
- 1 Tbsp Fresh Parsley chopped
Place all the ingredients except for the chicken in a large mixing bowl. Stir to thoroughly combine the marinade ingredients. Then add in the chicken and make sure it’s coated with the marinade. Allow the chicken to marinade for at least 20 minutes or up to 8 hours.
Preheat the Blackstone grill over medium high heat (approximately 400 degrees F). Spread the avocado oil onto the grill and use a spatula to spread it around.
Place the chicken on the grill on top of the oil. Cook the chicken for 4-5 minutes.
Flip the chicken and cook the other side for 4-6 minutes until the chicken is cooked through (internal temperature of 165 degrees Fahrenheit).
Move the chicken to a plate, let it set for at least 5 minutes. Then serve warm and enjoy!
Use an instant-read meat thermometer to make sure that the chicken is cooked to the current temperature.
Refrigerate any leftovers in an airtight container for up to 5 days.
