- Step 1 – Place all the ingredients except for the chicken in a large mixing bowl. Stir to thoroughly combine the marinade ingredients. Then add in the chicken and make sure it’s coated with the marinade. Allow the chicken to marinade for at least 20 minutes or up to 8 hours.
- Step 2 – Preheat the Blackstone grill over medium high heat (approximately 400 degrees F). Spread the avocado oil onto the grill and use a spatula to spread it around.
- Step 3 – Place the chicken on the grill on top of the oil. Cook the chicken for 4-5 minutes.
- Step 4 – Flip the chicken and cook the other side for 4-6 minutes until the chicken is cooked through (internal temperature of 165 degrees Fahrenheit).
