Blackstone Corn on the Cob

Ingredients

  • 6 Fresh Corn on the Cob shucked and cleaned
  • 2 Tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper

Instructions

  • Preheat the Blackstone grill over medium high heat (approximately 400 degrees F).
  • Husk and clean 6 fresh corn on the cob, then lay each ear of corn on 1 of the 6 pieces of foil.
  • Drizzle the 6 ears of corn with 2 tablespoons olive oil, then season them evenly with 1 teaspoon salt and 1/2 teaspoon pepper.
  • Roll up the corn in the foil and make sure that it's completely covered.
  • Place the corn on the griddle and cook for 15-20 minutes until cooked through. Flip the corn approximately every 5 minutes.
  • Remove from the grill, be careful when unwrapping then foil and then it's ready to enjoy!

Notes

*This corn is best served fresh but you can refrigerate any leftover corn on the cob in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
