Instructions

  • Preheat the Blackstone Grill over medium high heat (approximately 350 degrees F).
  • Split open the English muffins and spread butter on them.  Place them cut side down on the grill to toast them slightly.  Then remove them from the grill.
  • Place the Canadian bacon on the grill and cook both sides for 1-2 minutes until the bacon is slightly browned.
  • Remove them from the grill and place 1 piece of Canadian bacon on each English muffin.  Then place 1 tablespoon of the butter on the Blackstone grill.
  • Place a canning lid or an egg ring onto the grill and spray it with a non-stick cooking spray.  Crack an egg into the rings.  Then pour the water onto the grill around the rings and place a dome on top to steam the eggs.  Cover and cook for 2-3 minutes until the eggs are set.
  • Carefully remove the eggs from the rings (the rings will be hot) and place the cooked eggs on each piece of Canadian bacon.  Then top each egg with one slice of American cheese and the top part of the English muffin.
  • Serve immediately while warm and enjoy!
