How to Make Egg McMuffins on a Skillet

You can easily make this Egg McMuffin on a skillet. If you prefer to cook indoors, we recommend making it on a cast iron skillet. The results are similar to how it would cook on a griddle.

  • Toast the English Muffins in a toaster or you can heat in the skillet.
  • Cook the Canadian bacon and then cook the egg in a mason jar lids.
  • Then begin layering the egg, Canadian bacon, and cheese on the English muffin.
  • Serve and enjoy.

Recipe Tips

  • Heat Griddle – Make sure to heat griddle before beginning to cook on the griddle to medium heat. We like to oil the griddle with butter to prevent from sticking.
  • Cooking Egg – To keep the egg in a round shape, we like to use a mason jar lid to cook the egg. You can also cook a fried egg to layer the Egg McMuffin.

If you want to elevate the egg mcmuffin smear chili crisp and Sriracha mayo on one side! You will never eat it any other way again. As my husband said I have ruined the McDs version for him
