- Step 1 – Heat Griddle – Preheat the Blackstone Grill over medium high heat (approximately 350 degrees F).

- Cook the Canandian bacon and then cook the egg in a mason jar lids.
- Then begin layering the egg, Canadian bacon, and cheese on the English muffin.

Tips for Copycat Egg McMuffins:
- Heat Griddle – Make sure to heat griddle before beginning to cook on the griddle to medium heat. We like to oil the griddle with butter to prevent from sticking.
- Cooking Egg – To keep the egg in a round shape, we like to use a mason jar lid to cook the egg. You can also cook a fried egg to layer the Egg McMuffin.
Recipe Variations:
- Change the Meat – You can easily use sausage patty or bacon instead of Canadian bacon in this recipe if you prefer. We love a Sausage Egg McMuffin for a change.
- Change the Cheese – We used American Cheese but you can use different cheeses or make this easy recipe with no cheese.
