When mixing the pancake ingredients, make sure not to overmix the batter. You want the batter to be thick which results in a fluffier pancake. When the pancake batter is thin, the pancakes are thinner.
The best way to keep the pancakes from sticking is preheating the griddle and to oil the griddle.
We recommend preheating the Blackstone to 400 degrees for best results.
