- 2 slices Bread
- 2 Large Eggs
- 2 Tablespoons Butter divided
- 1/2 teaspoon Salt
- 1/2 teaspoon Pepper
Preheat a Blackstone Grill over medium high heat (approximately 350 degrees Fahrenheit).
Use a round cookie cutter to cut the center out of each slice of bread.
Butter both sides of the bread with 1 tablespoon of the bread (including the cut out).
Spread the remaining butter out onto the Blackstone Grill with a spatula.
Place the bread and the cut out onto the grill. Cook for 1-2 minutes until the toast is lightly golden brown.
Then flip the bread and cut outs.
Break an egg and pour it into the hole in the piece of bread. Follow the same process with the remaining egg and bread.
Season the eggs with salt and pepper.
Close the lid on the grill and cook for 1 minute until the egg whites are set.
Remove the bread from the grill and then it’s ready to serve and enjoy!
If you prefer the yolks to be cooked through on your eggs, cook them for a few minutes longer on the grill.
These are best served fresh as they do not store well as leftovers.
