Blackstone Fried Bologna

Blackstone Fried Bologna is a great way to cook bologna to enjoy as a classic sandwich. The flavor is delicious and heats in just a few minutes.

  • Preheat a Blackstone Grill over medium high heat (approximately 400 degrees Fahrenheit).
  • Peel the outside red rings off the outside of each of the Bologna slices.  Cut an approximately one inch slice into the edge of the Bologna at 4 even places around the bologna slice.  Then cut a 1/2 inch slice in the center of the bologna slices.
  • Place the butter on the Blackstone Grill.  Spread it around with a spatula and allow it to melt.
  • Lay the bologna slices onto the grill and cook for 2-3 minutes until browned. Flip and cook the other side for 2-3 more minutes until browned.
  • Remove from heat.  Season with the salt and pepper.  Serve warm and enjoy!

Notes

Refrigerate the leftovers in an airtight container for up to 5 days.
