Preheat a Blackstone Grill over medium high heat (approximately 400 degrees Fahrenheit).
Peel the outside red rings off the outside of each of the Bologna slices. Cut an approximately one inch slice into the edge of the Bologna at 4 even places around the bologna slice. Then cut a 1/2 inch slice in the center of the bologna slices.
Place the butter on the Blackstone Grill. Spread it around with a spatula and allow it to melt.
Lay the bologna slices onto the grill and cook for 2-3 minutes until browned. Flip and cook the other side for 2-3 more minutes until browned.
Remove from heat. Season with the salt and pepper. Serve warm and enjoy!
