Blackstone Fried Cabbage

Ingredients

  • 6 Slices Bacon cut into small pieces
  • 1/2 Onion finely chopped
  • 1 Head Green Cabbage roughly chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon Pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon Smoked Paprika

Instructions

  • Preheat a Blackstone Grill over medium high heat (approximately 400 degrees Fahrenheit).
  • Add the chopped bacon to the grill and cook for approximately 3-4 minutes until the bacon starts to cook slightly.  Leave the bacon grease on the grill.
  • Add in the chopped onions.  Stir in with the bacon pieces and the grease and cook for approximately 5 minutes until the onions are translucent.
  • Stir in the chopped cabbage.  Season the cabbage with salt, pepper, garlic powder and smoked paprika.
  • Toss all the ingredients to thoroughly combine them and cook for 5-6 minutes until the cabbage is tender.
  • Remove from the grill, serve while warm and enjoy!

Notes

Refrigerate the leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
