  • 1 Loaf of French Bread
  • 1/2 cup Salted Butter softened at room temperature
  • 2 Tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1 Tbsp Minced Garlic
  • 1 Tbsp Parsley finely chopped
  • 2 teaspoon Salt

Instructions

  • Preheat a Blackstone grill over medium low heat (approximately 300 degrees F).
  • With a hand held mixer, combine the butter, olive oil, garlic, parsley and salt.  Mix until combined and fluffy.
  • Then cut the French bread in half lengthwise.
  • Spread the butter mixture on each side of the bread.
  • Place the bread onto the Blackstone grill cut side down.  Close the lid and cook for 7-10 minutes until the bread is warm and cooked through.

  • Store the leftovers in an airtight container or ziplock bag at room temperature for up to 3 days.

Notes

Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.
Bake on a baking sheet for 8-10 minutes until the bread is slightly browned.  Serve warm and enjoy!
