Garlic French Bread on a platter

Blackstone Garlic Bread Recipe:

We have loved using our Blackstone Griddle for many different recipes. We make burgers, breakfast, and steak easily on the griddle. Cooking sides on the griddle is one of my favorites because of how easy it is and simple to clean up.

Garlic Bread on the Blackstone is so delicious. The bread is spread with a garlicky butter sauce and then placed on the griddle. The crispy outside texture and the soft middle makes this one of our favorite Blackstone Recipes.

The next time you are cooking a steak or seafood on the griddle, make Blackstone Garlic Bread as a side. You will be amazed how easy it is to make and you will prefer cooking on the griddle instead of the oven.

Blackstone Garlic Bread Tips:

  • Griddle Hot – Make sure griddle is hot before adding grilled garlic bread. This helps get the bread crispy.
  • Mixing Ingredients – You can use a hand held mixer, mix by hand or a stand up mixer to combine the ingredients.
  • Cut in different sizes – You can cut the bread in thick slices or think slices. When we are feeding a crowd, I cut in smaller sizes.

Recipe Variations:

  • Use different breads – You can easily make this recipe with any type of bread. We love going to our local bakery and buy different types of bread to grill.
  • Cheese – If you prefer, you can add parmesan cheese to the mixture for added flavor.
  • Garlic – We used Minced Garlic, but you can garlic powder or garlic cloves.
  • Change Seasoning – Use different herbs or seasoning for the garlic butter spread. Black Pepper is amazing added to the garlic butter spread.
