- 6 slices Sour Dough Bread
- 12 slices Cheddar Cheese
- 2 Tbsp Mayonnaise
Preheat the Blackstone Grill over medium high heat (approximately 400 degrees F). Spread the mayonnaise evenly on one side of each of the 6 slices of sourdough bread.
Place 3 slices of bread on the Blackstone, mayonnaise-side down. Top each slice of bread with 4 slices of cheddar cheese. Place the remaining slices of bread on top, mayonnaise-side facing out.
Heat the sandwich for 3-5 minutes until the bottom piece of bread is golden brown. Flip and cook the opposite side sandwich for 3-5 minutes.
Remove the sandwich to a plate. Let the sandwich rest for for a few minutes so that the cheese is not too hot. Cut in half and enjoy!
