Blackstone Hamburger Hash Recipe

Blackstone Hamburger Hash is a simple recipe that is made with easy ingredients. Cooking on the griddle makes for a delicious meal.

  • Preheat the Blackstone Grill over high heat (approximately 400 degrees F).
  • Spread the vegetable oil onto the Blackstone Grill and spread it out with a spatula.
  • Spread the hashbrown potatoes out onto the grill on the oil in an even layer on one side of the grill. Cook them for 10-15 minutes turning frequently until the potatoes are tender.  Halfway through the cook time, add the water to the grill around the hashbrowns and cover the hashbrowns to steam them until they are tender.
  • White the hashbrowns are cooking, place the ground beef and diced onion on the opposite side of the grill and break it up with a spatula and brown it.
  • Season the beef with the garlic powder, salt and pepper.  Toss the beef mixture with the season mixture to coat the beef.
  • Then toss all the ingredients together on the blackstone grill.
  • Remove from heat, serve warm and enjoy!

Notes

Refrigerate the leftovers in an airtight container for up to 5 days. 
You can use diced Russet potatoes in this recipe if you prefer.  Peel the potatoes and dice them into 1 inch pieces for this recipe.
