Blackstone Hibachi Rice

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoon butter
  • 4 cups cooked rice cooled
  • 2 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 3 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • 3 larges eggs light beaten

Instructions

  • Preheat the Blackstone grill over medium low heat (approximately 350 degrees F).
  • Add 2 tablespoons butter to the griddle and spread it around with a spatula. Add 4 cups cooked and cooled rice to the griddle. Top the rice with 2 tablespoons sesame oil, 3 tablespoons soy sauce, 1 teaspoon salt, and 1 teaspoon black pepper.
  • Sauté the rice for 3-4 minutes until heated through and lightly browned.
  • Move the rice to one side of the griddle and then pour 3 lightly beaten large eggs onto the empty side of the griddle.
  • Scramble the eggs on the griddle.
  • This mix together the eggs and rice.
  • Serve immediately while warm and enjoy!

Notes

Refrigerate the leftover in an airtight container for up to 5 days.
