- 2 tablespoon butter
- 4 cups cooked rice cooled
- 2 tablespoon sesame oil
- 3 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 3 larges eggs light beaten
Preheat the Blackstone grill over medium low heat (approximately 350 degrees F).
Add 2 tablespoons butter to the griddle and spread it around with a spatula. Add 4 cups cooked and cooled rice to the griddle. Top the rice with 2 tablespoons sesame oil, 3 tablespoons soy sauce, 1 teaspoon salt, and 1 teaspoon black pepper.
Sauté the rice for 3-4 minutes until heated through and lightly browned.
Move the rice to one side of the griddle and then pour 3 lightly beaten large eggs onto the empty side of the griddle.
Scramble the eggs on the griddle.
This mix together the eggs and rice.
Serve immediately while warm and enjoy!
Refrigerate the leftover in an airtight container for up to 5 days.
