Recipe Tips
- Marinated Beef - Marinating the beef is what gives it its flavor so do not skip this time and allow it to marinate. We recommend marinating for at least 30 minutes.
- Searing Steak - When cooking the steak, do not toss it regularly. You want each side to get seared. Spread the steak into a single layer and let it sit without touching it. Then flip and sear on the other side as well. This will give you the best flavor in this steak.
- Cooking Steak - Watch the steak closely while it’s cooking, as it’ll cook fast since it’s sliced thinly.
- Meal Prep - Make a double batch — it reheats beautifully for quick lunches!
Variations Ideas
- Korean BBQ Chicken - Swap beef for boneless chicken thighs for a delicious variations.
- Spicy Version: Add 1/2 tsp of chili paste or sriracha for an extra kick of flavor.
- Vegetable Mix - Grill bell peppers, mushrooms, carrot or onions alongside the beef then mix everything together for an amazing meal idea.
- Sweetness - For a hint of sweetness add in 1 tbsp of honey.
