Blackstone Pizza

Blackstone Pizza is one of our favorite ways to make Homemade Pizza. The crust is perfectly crunchy, soft and flavorful on the inside.

Ingredients

  • 2 Pre-made 12" Pizza Crust
  • 2/3 cup Pizza Sauce
  • 8 oz Mozzarella Cheese shredded
  • 20 Slices Pepperoni
  • 1/2 pound sausage
  • 1/4 Red Onion sliced
  • 1/2 Red Bell Pepper diced
  • 1/2 Green Bell Pepper diced

Instructions

  • Preheat the Blackstone grill over medium high heat (approximately 350 degrees F).
  • Brown 1/2 pound sausage on the Blackstone and sauté 1/4 sliced red onion, 1/2 diced red bell pepper, and 1/2 diced green bell pepper until the vegetables are soft and tender, about 5 to 6 minutes. Then heat 20 slices pepperoni on the Blackstone grill for 30 seconds on each side.
  • Assemble the pizzas by spreading approximately 1/3 cup pizza sauce on each of the 2 pre-made 12″ pizza crusts. Then top the pizzas with 8 oz shredded mozzarella cheese, the cooked sausage, the warmed pepperoni, 1/4 sliced red onion, 1/2 diced red bell pepper, and 1/2 diced green bell pepper.
  • Then slide the prepared pizzas onto the grill. Cover and cook for 6-12 minutes until the bottom of the crusts are golden brown and the cheese on top has melted.
  • Carefully remove the pizzas from the grill, let them sit for a few minutes. Then they are ready to slice, serve and enjoy!
