Preheat a Blackstone Grill over medium high heat to 400 degrees F.
Whisk together the sauce ingredients in a small bowl and set aside.
Once the griddle has reached 400 degrees F, drizzle the avocado oil on the griddle.
Place the salmon pieces on the griddle.
Cook for 3-4 minutes. Then flip the salmon and cook for 3-4 more minutes until the salmon reaches an internal temperature for 145 degrees F. Make sure to only flip the salmon once.
Then pour the sauce on top of the salmon bites on the Blackstone Grill. Gently toss the salmon to coat the salmon in the sauce mixture. Be careful when tossing so that the salmon does not fall apart.
Cook the salmon bites for 2-3 more minutes until the sauce has thickened.
Carefully remove the salmon bites from the grill. Let sit for a few minutes and then it’s ready to serve topped with the green onions and sesame seeds. Enjoy!
Notes
Refrigerate the leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3-4 days.
