Frequently Asked Questions

How to Store Leftover Salmon

Refrigerate the leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3-4 days.

Do I Cut Salmon into Bites before or after cooking?

We cut the salmon into bites before cooking, but you can also cut it after. We think it cooks faster when cutting into bites before cooking.

How to Reheat Salmon

We recommend reheating salmon on the stovetop in a skillet. This helps to keep the crispy texture and warms the center completely. But the microwave will work as well just heat in 30 second intervals.
