Recipe Tips
- Fresh Salmon – I recommend using fresh salmon fillets for the best results. Aim for fillets that are even in thickness to ensure uniform cooking.
- Cooking Salmon – Cooking times may vary based on the thickness of your fillets and the temperature of your grill. Always check for doneness by seeing if the salmon flakes easily with a fork.
- Watch Salmon Closely – The honey in the marinade will caramelize as it grills, giving the salmon a nice char. However, be careful not to burn it; keep an eye on the fillets as they cook.
