  • Cloves Garlic, minced
  • Vegetable Oil
  • Cornstarch
  • Water
  • Fresh Parsley, finely chopped (optional, for garnish)

Step by Step Instructions 

  • Step 1 – Season the salmon fillets with salt and pepper. Set aside.
  • Step 2 – In a small saucepan, combine the honey, soy sauce, and minced garlic. Cook over medium heat until well mixed.

  • Step 3 – In a separate small bowl, mix the cornstarch and water to form a smooth paste. Add this to the saucepan and stir until the sauce thickens. Remove from heat and set aside.

  • Step 4 – Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Brush the grill grate with vegetable oil to prevent sticking.
  • Step 5 – Place the salmon fillets skin-side down on the grill. Cook for 4-5 minutes per side or until the salmon is cooked to your liking.
