  • Preheat the Blackstone Grill over medium high heat (approximately 400 degrees F).
  • Brown the ground beef with the diced onion on the Blackstone grill over medium high heat until no longer pink and browned.
  • Stir in the minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until the garlic is aromatic.
  • In a small bowl, stir together the ketchup, brown sugar and mustard.
  • Top the beef with this mixture.  Stir well to combine all the ingredients.
  • Heat over medium high heat for 2-3 minutes.
  • Place the hamburger buns on the grill and cook for 1-2 minutes to brown them slightly.
  • Remove the buns from the grill and top with the sloppy joe mixture.
  • Serve warm and enjoy!

Notes

Refrigerate the leftovers in an airtight container for up to 5 days.
