Instructions
Preheat the Blackstone Grill over medium high heat (approximately 400 degrees F).
Brown the ground beef with the diced onion on the Blackstone grill over medium high heat until no longer pink and browned.
Stir in the minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until the garlic is aromatic.
In a small bowl, stir together the ketchup, brown sugar and mustard.
Top the beef with this mixture. Stir well to combine all the ingredients.
Heat over medium high heat for 2-3 minutes.
Place the hamburger buns on the grill and cook for 1-2 minutes to brown them slightly.
Remove the buns from the grill and top with the sloppy joe mixture.
Serve warm and enjoy!
