- 1 1/2 lbs Flank Steak
- 2 Tbsp Avocado Oil
- 2 Tbsp Fajita Seasoning
- 1 Red Bell Pepper sliced
- 1 Yellow Bell Pepper sliced
- 1/2 Onion sliced
- 2 Tbsp Butter
- 8 Flour Tortillas fajita size
Cut 1½ pounds flank steak into approximately 1-inch strips against the grain.
Preheat the Blackstone grill over medium high heat (approximately 450 degrees F). Spread 2 tablespoons avocado oil evenly onto the grill.
Place the steak on one side of the grill. Season it with 2 tablespoons fajita seasoning and toss to coat evenly.
Spread 1 sliced red bell pepper, 1 sliced yellow bell pepper, and ½ sliced onion onto the grill next to the steak.
Cook both the steak and veggies for 8-10 minutes flipping occasionally until the steak is cooked through and the veggies are tender. Top the steak with 2 tablespoons butter. Toss to coat and allow the butter to melt completely.
Remove both the steak and the vegetables from the grill to a separate plate.
Place 8 fajita-size flour tortillas on the grill and heat for approximately 30 seconds per side until warmed through.
Assemble the fajitas and they are ready to serve and enjoy!
You can easily make these steak fajitas with any type of steak of your choice.
You can use corn tortillas instead of flour if you prefer.
Refrigerate any leftovers in an airtight container for up to 5 days.
