Blackstone Teriyaki Steak Bites

Blackstone Teriyaki Steak Bites make the perfect weeknight meal. The steak cooks tender, juicy and full of flavor with the homemade teriyaki sauce.

For the Teriyaki Sauce:

Instructions

  • In a small bowl, whisk together the sauce ingredients and set aside.
  • Preheat the Blackstone grill over high heat (approximately 450 degrees Fahrenheit) and drizzle the oil onto the grill.  Spread it around with a spatula.
  • Add the steak to the Blackstone on top of the oil. Season it with salt and pepper.
  • Cook the steak for 2 minutes without flipping it so that they get browned.
  • Then gently toss the steak and cook it for 2-3 more minutes until the steak is cooked through and browned.
  • Pour the sauce mixture on top of the steak on the blackstone.  Toss to coat the steak with the sauce mixture. Cook for another 2-3 minutes until the sauce has thickened.
  • Serve topped with the sesame seeds and green onions.  Enjoy!

Notes

Refrigerate the leftovers in an airtight container for up to 5 days. 
You can easily make this recipe with round steak or skirt steak for this recipe as well.
