- 2 Tablespoons Vegetable Oil
- 4 Flour Tortillas 8-10” burrito size tortillas
- 1 cup Pizza Sauce
- 2 cups Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded Parmesan Cheese
- 4 ounces Sliced Pepperoni
Preheat the Blackstone Grill over medium low heat (approximately 350 degrees Fahrenheit).
Spread the oil onto the grill and use a spatula to spread it around.
Place the tortillas on the griddle and flip them to coat both sides with the oil.
Then cook one side of the tortillas for 2 minutes.
Flip the tortillas on the griddle. Spread the pizza sauce onto the tortillas. Top with the shredded cheeses and sliced pepperonis.
Close the lid on the grill and cook for 2-3 minutes until the cheese is melted and the tortillas are crispy.
Carefully remove the tortilla pizzas from the grill. Slice, serve and enjoy!
We find that Gordita style tortillas work best for this recipe as they are sturdier but any type will work well for this recipe.
Refrigerate the leftovers in an airtight container for up to 5 days.
