Preheat the Blackstone Grill over medium high heat (approximately 400 degrees Fahrenheit).
Spread the oil out onto the grill with a spatula.
Spread the tator tots onto half of the Blackstone grill into a single layer.
Season the tator tots with half of the taco seasoning and gently toss them to coat them in the seasoning.
Cover and cook for 15-18 minutes (turning every few minutes) until crispy and cooked through.
While the tator tots are cooking, place the ground beef on the blackstone next to the tator tots.
Season it with the remaining taco seasoning and brown the ground beef. Breaking it up as it cooks.
Once the tator tots are done cooking, remove them from the grill and place them into a cast iron pan or baking sheet.
Then pour the browned beef on top of the tator tots.
Sprinkle the black beans, corn and half of the shredded cheese on top.
Place the pan on the blackstone grill, cover and let sit for 5-10 minutes until the cheese is melted.
Remove from the grill, top with the remaining shredded cheese, tomatoes and any other toppings you prefer.
Serve immediately while warm and enjoy!
