What are Totchos?
Totchos are tator tot nachos that are cooked on a Blackstone Griddle. Instead of making nachos with tortilla chips you make it with tator tots. Layers of cheese, ground beef and beans are topped on heated tator tots in a cast iron skillet.

- Step 2 – Top with Oil – Spread the oil out onto the grill with a spatula.

- Step 10 – Serve – Serve immediately while warm and enjoy.
Recipe Tips
- Oil the griddle – Use an oil with a high smoke point on the Blackstone grill. Vegetable Oil, Canola Oil, Peanut Oil and Avocado oil are all great options.
- Reheating – Reheat by baking them in the oven at 350 degrees Fahrenheit until heated through or placing them back on the Blackstone grill until warmed though. You can also reheat in the air fryer.
- Taco Seasoning – We like to make homemade taco seasoning to have on hand. But you can also use the store bought taco seasoning packet.
- Cheese – We recommend shredded your own cheese. Pre-shredded cheese has added ingredients, that are not necessary for this recipe. Feel free to use different cheese, cheddar cheese or pepper jack cheese would be delicious.
