Blackstone Turkey Melt

Blackstone Turkey Melt is layers of turkey, cheese, bacon and tomatoes. Placed on a toasted Sourdough Bread for a delicious turkey sandwich.

  • Preheat the Blackstone Grill over medium high heat (approximately 400 degrees F).
  • Place the bacon on one side of the grill and cook until the bacon is cooked through and crispy (flipping them halfway through the cook time). Move the bacon to a cooler side of the grill.
  • Warm the turkey by placing the deli turkey on a plate and microwaving it for 30 seconds.
  • Butter one side of all the slices of the sourdough bread.
  • Place 2 slices of the bread on the Blackstone Grill (butter side down).  Top each piece of bread with 2 slices of the cheese, half of the turkey, 3 strips of the cooked bacon and sliced tomatoes.  Spread mayonnaise on the remaining bread and place it on top of the sandwich (mayonnaise side in).  Cook the sandwiches until the bread is golden brown.  Flip the sandwich and cook until the opposite side is golden brown.
  • Remove from the grill and slice the sandwich in half.  Serve warm and enjoy!
