  • Preheat your Blackstone griddle over medium high heat (approximately 400 degrees F).
  • Slice the zucchini and squash into thin slices (approximately 1/4" thick).
  • Spread the oil onto the griddle with your spatula. Put the zucchini and squash onto the griddle on the oil in a single layer. Season them with the garlic salt and pepper. Cook the veggies for a few minutes (2-3 minutes). Then flip the veggies and cook for a few more minutes until they are the tenderness that you prefer.
  • Serve warm and enjoy!
