Ingredients

  • 2 Zucchinis
  • 2 Yellow Squash
  • 2 Tbsp Avocado Oil
  • 1 tsp Garlic Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Pepper

Instructions

  • Preheat your Blackstone griddle over medium high heat (approximately 400 degrees F).
  • Slice 2 zucchinis and 2 yellow squash into thin slices, about 1/4-inch thick.
  • Spread 2 tablespoons avocado oil onto the griddle with your spatula. Add the sliced 2 zucchinis and 2 yellow squash to the griddle in a single layer. Season with 1 teaspoon garlic salt and 1/2 teaspoon pepper.
  • Cook the vegetables for 2 to 3 minutes, then flip and cook for a few more minutes until they reach your preferred tenderness.
  • Serve warm and enjoy!
