Blackstone Zucchini Noodles

Ingredients

  • 3 Large Zucchinis
  • 2 Tablespoons Butter
  • 2 teaspoons Minced Garlic
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • ½ teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 2 Tablespoons Fresh Parmesan Cheese shredded
  • 2 teaspoons Fresh Parsley chopped

Instructions

  • Cut the zucchini into noodles with a spiralizer.
  • Preheat the Blackstone Grill over medium high heat (approximately 400 degrees F).
  • Spread the butter out onto the grill and melt it.  Add the minced garlic and the zucchini noodles to the grill.  Toss with tongs and sauté for 3-5 minutes until the zucchini is tender.
  • Remove from the grill.  Season with salt and pepper.  Serve immediately topped with the fresh parmesan cheese and enjoy!

Notes

Watch the zucchini noodles as they cook quickly and you do not want them to get mushy.  
These are best served fresh as the zucchini noodles do get soft when they are stored.
