We’ve recently started cooking with a Blackstone and I was wondering if it’s an issue getting these brown instead of stopping at al dente. Thank you!
The zucchini noodles will get mushy if over-cooked so watch them closely while cooking them on the Blackstone grill. If you’d like them browned, cook on a higher temperature on the Blackstone grill.
