What to Serve with Zucchini Noodles:

  • Top with Alfredo Sauce
  • Spaghetti Sauce
  • Marinara Sauce

Recipe Tips:

  • Cooks Quickly – Watch the zucchini noodles as they cook quickly and you do not want them to get mushy.
  • Zoodle Length – Using a spiralizer to cut the noodles you may end up with long noodles. We recommend using kitchen spears to cut them. This will allow the zoodles to be easier to eat and give you more zoodles.
  • Peeling Zucchini – You do not need to peel the zucchini before placing in the spiralizer. The skin on the zucchini has added health benefits that I like to have.

How to Store and Reheat Leftovers:

  1. Brenda McClelland says:

We’ve recently started cooking with a Blackstone and I was wondering if it’s an issue getting these brown instead of stopping at al dente. Thank you!

  2. Carrie Barnard says:

The zucchini noodles will get mushy if over-cooked so watch them closely while cooking them on the Blackstone grill. If you’d like them browned, cook on a higher temperature on the Blackstone grill.
