Ingredients

  • 6 Bratwursts
  • 1 tablespoon Avocado Oil
  • 6 Bratwurst Buns
  • Sauerkraut optional

Instructions

  • Preheat the Blackstone Grill over high heat (approximately 400 degrees F).
  • Drizzle the avocado oil onto the grill and use a spatula to spread it out. Then turn off one side of the grill.  Place the bratwursts on the side of the grill that is turned off (indirect heat).  Cook for 15-20 minutes turning approximately every 5 minutes until the bratwurst reaches an internal temperature of 160 degrees F.
  • Move the bratwursts to the hot side of the grill and cook for 1-2 minutes per side to brown the bratwursts.
  • Warm the buns by either microwaving them for 30-60 seconds or placing them over indirect heat on the grill for 30-60 seconds.
  • Then serve the bratwursts in the buns topped with the sauerkraut and enjoy!

Notes

Refrigerate any leftover bratwursts in an airtight container for up to 5 days.
You can easily use this recipe to cook Italian sausage or any flavor of bratwursts that you prefer or love.
