  • 8 Raw Breakfast Sausage Patties
  • 1 tsp Avocado Oil

Instructions

  • Heat the Blackstone griddle over medium heat to approximately 350 degrees F. Spread 1 teaspoon avocado oil out onto the griddle with a spatula.
  • Place 8 raw breakfast sausage patties in a single layer onto the griddle on the oil. Cook the sausage patties for 4 to 6 minutes until browned.
  • Flip the 8 raw breakfast sausage patties and cook for an additional 4 to 6 minutes until the sausage reaches an internal temperature of 160 degrees F.
  • Remove the sausages from the heat and they are ready to enjoy!

  • Meat Thermometer - We use an instant read meat thermometer to make sure the sausage is cooked to a safe temperature. The internal temperature needs to reach a temperature of a 160 degrees.
  • Closely Watch Sausage - Make sure to watch the griddle closely to make sure that it doesn't get too hot. The outsides of the sausages will burn before the inside is cooked through.
  • Use Butter - If you prefer, you can use butter instead of oil in this recipe.
