- 6 Boneless Chicken Breast
- 2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
- 3 Tablespoons Cajun Seasoning
Preheat your grill over medium high heat (approximately 400 degrees Fahrenheit).
Rub the grill grates with oil so that the chicken does not stick.
Pound the chicken breast with a mallet or meat tenderizer until they are all roughly the same thickness.
Rub the cajun seasoning onto both sides of the chicken breasts until they are well coated.
Place the chicken directly on the grill grate and cook for 5-7 minutes per side until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165 degrees F.
Remove the chicken from the grill, let the chicken rest for 5 minutes. Then the chicken is ready to slice, serve and enjoy!
