- 1 Tbsp Butter
Preheat the Blackstone grill over medium heat (approximately 350 degrees F). Watch the grill carefully and make sure that it does not get too hot or the biscuits will burn.
Place a wire rack on one side of the grill and spread the butter out on the other side of the grill with a metal spatula.
Open the biscuits and place each one directly on the heated grill. Cook for 1-2 minutes until golden brown. Flip and cook the opposite side for 1-2 minutes until golden brown.
Move the biscuits onto the wire rack on the griddle and make sure that they are not touching the surface directly or they may burn.
Close the griddle cover and cook for 10-15 more minutes until the biscuits are cooked through. Watch the biscuits closely so that they not burn and make sure to keep the griddle on low so that it doesn't exceed 350 degrees F.
Remove from the griddle to a plate. Serve warm, topped with butter and enjoy!
*Cooking times will vary based on the griddle temperature and thickness of the biscuits so watch the bisuits closely while they cook.
*Refrigerate the leftovers in an air tight container for up to 1 week.
