- 32 oz. Velveeta Cheese diced
- 18 oz. Pepper Jack Cheese diced
- 10 oz. Diced Tomatoes with Green Chiles
- 1/2 Onion finely diced
- 1 Tablespoon Minced Garlic
- 3 Tablespoons Picked Jalapeños diced
- 1 cup Milk
Preheat a grill over medium high heat (approximately 350-400 degrees Fahrenheit).
Add all the ingredients to a cast iron skillet.
Place the skillet with the ingredients on the grill and close the lid.
Allow the mixture to cook for 15-20 minutes until the cheese has melted and the mixture starts to bubble around the rim of the pan.
Carefully remove the skillet from the grill. Stir until all the ingredients are well combined.
Serve immediately with tortilla chips and your favorite toppings. Enjoy!
