- 2 Chicken Breasts Grilled
- 4 Leaf Lettuce Leaves
- 1 cup Shredded Monterey Jack and Cheddar Cheese
- 4 Flaxseed Flour Flat Bread
Cut 2 grilled chicken breasts into slices or strips.
Lay out 1 of the 4 flaxseed flour flat bread pieces on a clean surface. Top it with 1 leaf lettuce leaf, about 1/4 cup shredded Monterey Jack and cheddar cheese, and sliced chicken from 1/2 of a chicken breast. Repeat with the remaining 3 flat bread pieces, 3 leaf lettuce leaves, remaining cheese, and remaining chicken.
Wrap tight, cut in half and serve with your favorite type of dressing. I love serving this wrap with Avocado Ranch Lime Dressing.
These are best served immediately. Wrap any leftovers wraps with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 2-3 days.
Variation Ideas
- Dressing of Choice - Feel free to add a avocado lime ranch dressing, buffalo sauce, or ranch dressing.
- Extra Veggies - You can even add more veggies such as carrots, spinach, red cabbage, or chopped onions.
