Ingredients

  • 4 boneless chicken breast cut in 1 inch cubes
  • 3/4 cup pickle juice
  • 1/3 cup milk
  • 2 teaspoon powdered sugar
  • 2 teaspoon salt
  • 2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1 Tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

  • Place the chicken, pickle juice and milk in a bowl.  Stir to combine and let the chicken marinade in this mixture for 30 minutes.
  • Remove the chicken from the marinade and pat it dry with paper towels.
  • Place the powdered sugar, salt, pepper, garlic powder and paprika in a gallon size bag. Add the chicken to the bag and shake to combine all the ingredients.
  • Heat a grill pan or grill over medium high heat and rub the grates with olive oil so that the chicken does not stick.
  • Place the chicken on the grill or grill pan and cook for approximately 4-6 minutes on each side of the chicken until the chicken is cooked through (internal temperature of 165 degrees Fahrenheit).
  • Serve with your favorite type of dipping sauce and enjoy!

Notes

Refrigerate the leftovers in an airtight container for up to 5 days.
