Place the chicken, pickle juice and milk in a bowl. Stir to combine and let the chicken marinade in this mixture for 30 minutes.
Remove the chicken from the marinade and pat it dry with paper towels.
Place the powdered sugar, salt, pepper, garlic powder and paprika in a gallon size bag. Add the chicken to the bag and shake to combine all the ingredients.
Heat a grill pan or grill over medium high heat and rub the grates with olive oil so that the chicken does not stick.
Place the chicken on the grill or grill pan and cook for approximately 4-6 minutes on each side of the chicken until the chicken is cooked through (internal temperature of 165 degrees Fahrenheit).
Serve with your favorite type of dipping sauce and enjoy!
