Place the cereal in a large storage bag and crush the cereal with a large rolling pin until the cereal is in fine crumbs. Pour the mixture on a plate.
Preheat the Blackstone Griddle over medium high heat (approximately 400 degrees Fahrenheit).
In a small shallow bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk.
After the griddle is hot, spread the butter on top of the griddle and spread it around with a metal spatula.
Dip the Texas Toast into the milk mixture (both sides). Then coat the bread in the cereal crumbs.
Place the bread on the griddle. Continue until all the bread has been coated and placed on the grill.
Cook for 2-3 minutes until the bread is golden brown. Gently flip each piece of toast and cook the opposite side for 2-3 minutes until it is golden brown as well.
Remove the bread from the grill to a separate plate.
Serve topped with syrup and fruit of your choice and enjoy!
You can use buttermilk instead of milk in this recipe if you prefer.
Refrigerate any leftovers in an airtight container for up to 5 days but we do prefer this recipe fresh.
