Foil Pack Sweet Potatoes

- 2 lbs Sweet Potatoes - Peel and cut into small cubes
- 3 Tablespoons Butter
- 2 teaspoon Chili Powder
- 1 teaspoon Cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon Paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon Garlic Powder
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Pepper
Preheat a grill over medium high heat (approximately 350 degrees Fahrenheit).
Wash the sweet potatoes and dice them into approximately 1 inch size cubes.
Evenly place the potatoes into 3 large pieces of aluminum foil large enough to fold over and to be able to roll up edges.
Stir together all the seasonings in a small bowl and sprinkle the seasoning mixture on top of the potatoes on the foil.
Top each packet of potatoes with 1 tablespoon of butter.
Fold each foil packet close and seal tightly.
Place the packets on the grill and close the grill.
Cook for 20-30 minutes, flipping the packets halfway through the cook time, until the potatoes are tender and slightly browned.
Remove the heat, be careful when opening the foil packet and enjoy!
You also also bake these in the oven at 350 degrees F for 30-40 minutes until the potatoes are tender.
Refrigerate the leftovers in an airtight container for up to 5 days.
