Fried Bologna Sandwich

- 2 Tablespoons Butter
- 8 slices White Bread
- 8 Slices Bologna thick slices
- 4 slices American Cheese
- 4 Tablespoons Mustard
Preheat a Blackstone Grill over medium high heat (approximately 400 degrees Fahrenheit).
Melt the butter on the grill and spread it out with a spatula.
Then place the bread slices on the grill to toast them. Remove from the grill once the bread is golden brown.
Peel the outside red rings off the outside of each of the Bologna slices. Cut approximately one inch slits into the edge of the Bologna at 4 even places around the bologna slice. Then cut a 1/2 inch slice in the center of the bologna slices.
Lay the bologna slices onto the grill and cook for 2-3 minutes until browned in a single layer. Flip and cook the other side for 2-3 more minutes until browned.
Layer 2 slices of bologna on top of each other and top with a slice of cheese. Heat for a few minutes to melt the cheese.
Spread the mustard onto both sides of the bread and add the hot bologna and cheese.
Serve warm and enjoy!
