Heat the Blackstone griddle over medium low heat to approximately 325 degrees F. Add 1 tablespoon butter to the griddle and spread it out evenly as it melts.
Crack 6 eggs directly onto the griddle. Use the tip of the spatula to pull the whites further from the yolks in several spots. Let the eggs cook slowly for 4 to 6 minutes, watching closely until the white portions of the eggs are set.
Remove the 6 eggs immediately from the heat and serve warm.
We love seasoning these with salt and pepper right before enjoying them.
