Ingredients

  • 1 pkg Frozen French Fries 32 oz bag
  • 2 Tbsp Vegetable Oil
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Pepper

Instructions

  • Preheat your Blacktone griddle over medium low heat to approximately 350 degrees F.
  • Spread 2 tablespoons vegetable oil onto the griddle and use a spatula to spread the oil out evenly.
  • lace 1 package frozen French fries (32-ounce bag) onto the griddle in a single layer. Add the fries slowly so you do not place too many frozen ingredients on the griddle at once.
  • Cook the French fries for 2-3 minutes without flipping them (you can close the lid if your griddle has one) until the fries are golden brown.
  • Then flip the fries and cook them for 2-3 more minutes until all sides of the fries are golden brown.
  • Season the fries with 1 teaspoon salt and 1/2 teaspoon pepper, then serve immediately.

Notes

These are best served fresh but you can refrigerate the leftovers in an airtight container for up to 1 week.  Reheat the leftovers on the Blackstone griddle to keep them crispy.
*I used vegetable oil for this recipe but you can use peanut oil, coconut oil, canola oil or avocado oil instead. Do not use olive oil as it has a low smoke point and may cause the fries to burn.
