Preheat your Blacktone griddle over medium low heat to approximately 350 degrees F.
Spread the vegetable oil onto the griddle and use the spatula to spread the oil out evenly onto the griddle.
Then put the frozen French fries onto the griddle in a single layer. Slowly put the fries on the griddle as you don’t want to put a ton of frozen ingredients on the griddle at once or it could cause the griddle to warp.
Cook the French fries for 2-3 minutes without flipping them (you can close the lid if your griddle has one) until the fries are golden brown.
Then flip the fries and cook them for 2-3 more minutes until all sides of the fries are golden brown.
Season the fries with the salt and pepper. Then they are ready to enjoy!
These are best served fresh but you can refrigerate the leftovers in an airtight container for up to 1 week. Reheat the leftovers on the Blackstone griddle to keep them crispy.
*I used vegetable oil for this recipe but you can use peanut oil, coconut oil, canola oil or avocado oil instead. Do not use olive oil as it has a low smoke point and may cause the fries to burn.
