Instructions
Rub your grill grates with olive oil and preheat the grill to 400 degrees F.
Trim any excess fat or silver skin from the 2 pounds pork tenderloin.
Season the pork tenderloin evenly with 1 tsp salt and 1 tsp pepper.
Wrap the 2 pork tenderloins with 8 slices bacon, securing the bacon with toothpicks as needed so it stays in place.
Then place the tenderloins on the grill over direct heat. Grill the pork for 12-16 minutes turning the pork every 4-5 minutes.
Brush the pork tenderloins with 1 cup BBQ sauce, turning to coat all sides, and continue cooking until the pork reaches an internal temperature of 145 degrees F.
Remove the pork from the grill, let it rest for 5 minutes. Then slice, serve and enjoy!
