Ingredients

  • 2 pounds Pork Tenderloin 2 pieces of tenderloins 1 pound each
  • 8 slices Bacon
  • 1 cup BBQ Sauce
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Pepper

Instructions

  • Rub your grill grates with olive oil and preheat the grill to 400 degrees F.
  • Trim any excess fat or silver skin from the 2 pounds pork tenderloin.
  • Season the pork tenderloin evenly with 1 tsp salt and 1 tsp pepper.
  • Wrap the 2 pork tenderloins with 8 slices bacon, securing the bacon with toothpicks as needed so it stays in place.
  • Then place the tenderloins on the grill over direct heat.  Grill the pork for 12-16 minutes turning the pork every 4-5 minutes.
  • Brush the pork tenderloins with 1 cup BBQ sauce, turning to coat all sides, and continue cooking until the pork reaches an internal temperature of 145 degrees F.
  • Remove the pork from the grill, let it rest for 5 minutes. Then slice, serve and enjoy!
