Rub 2 Tbsp olive oil on both sides of the 4 bone-in pork chops.
In a small bowl, whisk together 1 tsp paprika, 2 tsp salt, and 1 tsp pepper.
Sprinkle the seasoning mixture on each side of the 4 bone-in pork chops and rub it into the pork.
Place the 4 bone-in pork chops directly on the grill over direct heat. Grill for 2 minutes per side, then move the pork chops to indirect heat or the upper rack.
Reduce the heat to medium and cook for another 10-15 minutes until the pork chops reach an internal temperature of 145 degrees F.
Let the pork chops rest for 5-10 minutes on a plate. Then serve warm and enjoy!
