Ingredients

  • 2 lbs Boneless Skinless Chicken Thighs
  • 2 Tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1 Tbsp Brown Sugar
  • 1 Tbsp Balsamic Vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp Dijon Mustard
  • 1 Tbsp Soy Sauce
  • 1 tsp Dried Oregano
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Pepper

Instructions

  • In a small bowl, whisk together 2 Tbsp olive oil, 1 Tbsp brown sugar, 1 Tbsp balsamic vinegar, 1 Tbsp Dijon mustard, 1 Tbsp soy sauce, 1 tsp dried oregano, 1 tsp garlic powder, 1/2 tsp salt, and 1/2 tsp pepper.
  • Place 2 lbs boneless skinless chicken thighs in a large bowl or baking dish. Pour the marinade over the chicken and toss to coat. Cover and marinate for at least 30 minutes, but overnight is preferred.
  • Then preheat the grill over medium hight heat and rub the grill grates with olive oil so that the chicken does not stick to the grates.
  • Then add the chicken onto the grill and reduce the temperature to medium. Grill the chicken for 7-10 minutes per side until the chicken reaches an internal temperature for 165 degrees F.
  • Let the chicken rest for 5 minutes and then it's ready to serve and enjoy!

Notes

Recipe Tips
  • Marinating - We like to marinate our chicken thighs for at least 30 minutes. If you are able to, marinate the chicken overnight.
  • Oil Grates - To prevent chicken thighs from sticking and burning, make sure you oil the grates.
  • Meat Thermometer - Make sure to use a meat thermometer to ensure the chicken is done.
Variations Ideas
The chicken thigh marinade can be changed to what you prefer. Here are some fresh herbs or spices to use to season your chicken breast or chicken thighs.
