- 1½ pounds broccolini
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 lemon juiced
Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
Trim the ends of the broccolini and place on a large plate or baking sheet.
Drizzle with 1 tablespoon olive oil and season with 1 teaspoon salt, 1 teaspoon black pepper, and ½ teaspoon garlic powder. Toss to coat evenly.
Place broccolini directly on the grill grates, perpendicular to the grates to prevent falling through.
Grill for 10–12 minutes, turning halfway through, until tender and lightly charred.
Remove from the grill and drizzle with fresh lemon juice.
Serve warm.
If the broccolini is charring too quickly before becoming tender, reduce heat to low and continue cooking.
If the broccolini stalks are thick, slice them in half lengthwise so they cook evenly.
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
