For the Chicken:
- 8 Boneless Skinless Chicken Thighs trimmed
For the Glaze:
- ⅓ cup Low Sodium Soy Sauce
- ¼ cup Brown Sugar
- 1 Tablespoon Honey
- 1 Tablespoon Sriracha Sauce
- 2 teaspoon Minced Garlic
- ¼ teaspoon Black Pepper
Whisk together the glaze ingredients in a large mixing bowl. Reserve approximately ½ cup of the glaze for later use.
Add the chicken thighs to the large mixing bowl and toss to coat the chicken with the glaze mixture. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to marinate the chicken (you can store for up to 4 hours).
Preheat the grill over medium high heat (approximately 400 degrees F) and let the chicken mixture sit at room temperature while the grill is preheating so that it will come to room temperature. Brush the grill grates with oil so that the chicken does not stick to the grill.
Remove the chicken from the marinade and grill over direct heat for 4-6 minutes per side until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165 degrees F.
Remove the chicken from the grill. Brush the reserved glaze on both sides of the chicken and let the chicken rest for at least 5 minutes.
